Summary/Bio: Twenty-five years of experience in various forms of customer service, still zealous for good service and horrified by bad service. I am still feeling my way regarding my next step-looking for find fulfilling work that is also profitable. I want to be an influence for good in others’ lives and hope to be a positive influence in this political moment as well.   
Tech Skills/Programs: Virus/malware removal and inoculation, experience with MS-DOS, Unix, Linux and Windows. Some familiarity with Microsoft Office, customer service programs (i.e. Banner) and scheduling systems, online databases, SAP. Possibly the only living human to connect and use a cable modem connected to a computer running MS-DOS only.    
What’s a unique characteristic you bring to a development team?  Sneaky, dry sense of humor.  
Why did you decide to start a career in Tech? It was love at first byte when I first used a computer and first ventured onto the internet in 1995. I became the go-to “tech support” person for my co-workers, family and friends. 
What do you like most about working in TechIt’s where the world is going. Everything and everyone on the planet is incorporating Tech more and more in their lives and work. I don’t foresee it going away anytime soon.
